Order before 23:30 for fast dispatch

We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

Orders placed on business days before 23:30 are dispatched the same day.
In most cases, delivery takes place on the next business day.

Weekend processing

Orders placed after 23:30 on Friday or during the weekend will be processed and shipped on Monday.
Delivery is generally expected on Tuesday.

Pickup point or parcel locker delivery

Prefer collecting your order at a convenient time?

At checkout you can select delivery to a local DHL or PostNL pickup location or parcel locker.

Once your package arrives, you will receive a track & trace notification with pickup details.

Missed the delivery?

If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier may leave the parcel with nearby neighbours.
If that is not possible, it will be taken to a nearby pickup point.

You will always receive a notification explaining how to collect or reschedule delivery.
