You can return your order (or a part of it) within 30 days after delivery.

How do I start a return?

Want to return a product?

Send us an email including:

- Your order number
- (Optional) reason for return
- If you want to exchange the product for a different product instead of a refund, let us know

Return conditions

Please note the following when returning a product:

The product should be returned, where reasonably possible: in the original and undamaged packaging

When will I receive my refund?

Once we have received and inspected your return, the refund will be processed within 5 business days using your original payment method.
